This is our Detailed Limited 21-Day Return for Refund Policy. All Ar15scopes.com items are covered by this policy. The Customer must contact AR 15 Scopes Customer Support Tel: 1-888-666-6769 x 141 to be issued a RMA# within 21 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply for a Refund. 

Ar15scopes.com will not issue refunds or replacements for items that have been misused, abused, modifications / tampering or unauthorized repairs.

21 Day Refunds and Return Details
Approved refunds will be issued after the product has been returned and inspected. The refund amount will be for the single item purchased price not to include shipping and handling expenses. The customer is responsible for shipping expense incurred when returning a product for refund or replacement. AR 15 Scopes when then ship the product replacement, if customer request expedited return shipping they will need to pay the return shipping cost.

Ar15scopes.com being the manufacturer outlet honors AR 15 Scopes manufacturer warranties for replacement and repair after the 21 day Standard Return Policy for items purchased at ar15scopes.com. Please see the warranty card enclosed with product for details.

1. Contact AR 15 Scopes customer support department for a RMA #.
2. Send a copy of your proof of purchase. Which is the invoice included with you shipment.
3. Let us know the nature of the product problem. 
4. Depending on warranty status we will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
5. You will then need to ship the product back to us. If claiming manufacturer warranty after 21 days of invoice you will need to pay the processing fee stated in the included product warranty card.
6. Once the product is received and verified we will promptly issue you the refund of the single item price if within 21 Days of invoice from ar15scopes.com or after 21 days exchange / repair depending on the nature of your request. 

All returned packages will need a RMA# printed on the outside of the box.
